Dallas Stone Cleaners & Sealers: Friendly, Local & Reliable

Texas Stone Sealers has provided professional stone cleaning and sealing services at local homes for decades. Our team of professional Dallas stone cleaning professionals will come out to your home and give your precious stone patio, fireplace, marble countertops, pavers, brick, or other hard surface a professional, yet gentle, cleaning.

After a meticulous stone cleaning, the area will be prepped for sealing. Depending on the type of surface you need to have sealed, this could take place the same day or on a follow-up visit for porous stone and wood surfaces that need time to dry. Once ready, our Dallas stone sealers will apply the sealant of your choice.

Dallas Stone Sealers have five TSSPRO stone sealant varieties to choose from, and are confident that we have the right type of sealer to suit your needs. The most common service requested of us is flagstone cleaning and sealing and stone restoration for outdoor patios, pool copings, fireplaces, and decking. Just for this one type of stone, there are different options for you to choose from, whether you want to enhance the color of the rock, keep it as natural looking as possible, or get a wet, glossy look.

Surfaces We Provide Cleaning & Sealing Service

Dallas Stone Sealer’s team of professional stone care specialists also provide concrete mastic installation and mastic repairs, marble countertop cleaning, sealing, and restoration.

Dallas Stone Restoration, Cleaning & Sealing Questions Answered

Q. Given the extreme climate range in Dallas, what is the best time of year to seal stone?

A. It depends on the stone.  In Dallas, stone sealing can be tricky because of the extreme weather. Porous rocks are extremely vulnerable to water impregnation, mold, staining, and discoloration. If you have porous moss rock or sandstone, it is best to seal them when they are completely dry. In Dallas, the driest months tend to be the fall and winter. However, it is still okay to seal porous outdoor rocks like these during the spring and summer months, as long as they have had time to dry out and receive a thorough cleaning first.

For non-porous rocks like flagstone, slate, marble, and travertine there is no best time of year to seal them. The most important concerns while the stone sealant cures is temperature and exposure to the elements. This is when the Dallas heat waves and hailstorms become an issue. Our line of TSSPRO sealants are quick drying and come with a written guarantee (four years in most cases).

Q. Do you only work on homes in the Dallas city limits?

A. No, we also visit various suburbs of Dallas including: Addison, Allen, Balch Springs, Carrollton, Cockrell Hill, Coppell, Cross Roads, Desoto, Duncanville, Fairview, Farmers Branch, Forney, Frisco, Garland, Hackberry, Heath, Hebron, Highland Park, Hutchins, Irving, Lake Dallas, Lakewood Village, Lewisville, Lincoln Park, Little Elm, Mesquite, Murphy, Oak Point, Parker, Plano, Prosper, Richardson, Rockwall, Rowlett, Sachse, St. Paul, Sunnyvale, The Colony, University Park, Wilmer, Wylie

If you live in an area of Dallas not listed here, just call or email me to see if and when we can make it to your area. We will do our best to accommodate your needs!

Q. How much does it cost to seal a stone patio and how is cost decided?

A. The price of sealing a stone patio varies depending on the type and amount of stone, the condition of it, whether it needs to be cleaned or soda blasted first, and which sealant you choose. Our labor costs are reasonable, and we also offer a selection of professional grade TSSPRO sealants for the DIYers out there who want to do it themselves and save some money.

Q. Does Texas Stone Sealers clean indoor stonework?

A. It depends on the type of stone, but yes. In many cases, we can also clean and seal stone, brick, and other surfaces inside your home as well. We clean and seal marble countertops, stone fireplaces, brick fireplaces, fireproof and waterproof drywall and building materials with our sealants, and much more.

One type of indoor surface that we do not work on is flooring.

If you have a specific question in mind that we missed, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to address all your concerns.
