Below is the information and conditions applicable for selling and shipping our products.
We have seven high performance, professional sealants. Five of the sealants are solvent based and one is water based. The five solvent based products cannot be shipped to VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) compliant (regulated) states. The water based sealant, TSSPRO-100WB, however is VOC complaint and can be sold and shipped to VOC compliant states. The following is a list of VOC Compliant states:
First, with the exception of TSSPRO-100 Water Based Acrylic Sealer our other three products are solvent based. We cannot ship TSSPRO-300 Natural or TSSPRO-200 Low Sheen WetLook to VOC compliant states (Volatile Organic Compounds). If you live in one of the following states or areas we cannot ship these products to you at this time:
• VOC Compliant States: California, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maryland, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware or the District of Columbia covered by the Northeast Ozone Transport Commission (NE-OTC), Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin or Ohio covered by the Lake Michigan Air Directors Consortium (LADCO), Maricopa County, Arizona and finally, not VOC compliant in Canada.
We offer eight exceptional products:
- TSSPRO-100 Natural is a deep penetrating, high coverage, extremely long lasting, solvent based silicone sealant that prevents salt water erosion and water based stains and retains the natural look of the stone. It cures and is ready for traffic in less than an hour; immediate rain has no effect. It is ideal for natural and man-made stone, non-glazed tiles, grout, natural plaster, brick, masonry, concrete and can be applied with a pump up sprayer, brush or roller.
- TSSPRO-200 High Performance is heavy duty, solvent based, high actives, silicone sealant specifically formulated for very porous stone such as Austin limestone, sandstone, moss rock and porous flagstones . It is a state-of-the-art; high performance, one-of-a-kind, deep penetrating, long lasting sealer. TSSPRO-200 will slightly darken the surface emphasizing the rich, vibrant colors of the stone. TSSPRO-200 can be applied with a pump up sprayer, brush, or roller.
- TSSPRO-300 Low Sheen WetLook is a unique, deep penetrating solvent based breathable, silicone/acrylic polymer sealer that gives a rich wet look where only a slightly glossy look is desired. It is designed to give long term protection for stone, masonry and concrete areas adjacent to or part of swimming pools, regular or saltwater while providing a beautifying, slightly glossy, rich wet look. Multiple coats may be desired; cures in one hour. Use on natural and man-made stone, slate, tile, grout, brick, masonry, lueder’s limestone, and decorative landscaping – not recommended for Austin limestone. Apply with brush, roller or pump up sprayer.
- TSSPRO-400 High Gloss WetLookis a unique, deep penetrating solvent based breathable, acrylic polymer sealer that gives a rich wet look where only a high gloss look is desired. It is designed to give long term protection for natural stone like flagstone, slate, lueder’s limestone, pavers, masonry, decorative landscaping and concrete floors and concrete areas adjacent to or part of swimming pools.
- TSSPRO-400 is resistant to chlorine and saltwater resistant, so it’s perfect for pool copings and pool deck. This high quality sealant provides maximum protection while providing a beautifying, glossy, rich wet look. Resistant to auto oil spills and fluids, A single coat is normally sufficient; cures in one hour. Not recommended on Austin limestone. Apply with brush, roller.
SG100 Slip Resistant Gripping Additive is a micronized polypropylene that provides abrasion and slip resistance for TSSPRO-400 High Gloss WetLook. SG100 is mixed with the acrylic sealant at the time of application. - TSSPRO-500 Ultimate Enhancer is a high-performance solvent based silicone sealant specifically formulated for color enhancement. TSSPRO-500 will darken the surface of most stone, pavers and man-made stone richly bringing out the vibrant colors of the stone leaving a matte finish. It is a deep penetrating, long lasting sealer that will resist efflorescence and is salt water proof. Repeated applications will continue to darken the surface. Apply with brush, roller or pump up sprayer.
- TSSPRO-600 Densifier-Consolidator is a ready to use cross-linking silane product that stabilizes and strengthens crumbling, soft and friable stone and concrete. It replaces the natural binding materials lost due to deterioration, decay, salt water erosion, weathering and acid rain. TSSPRO-600 will penetrate up to 10 inches and can greatly prolong the life of problem stone and concrete.
- TSSPRO-700CS Clearsurface is a solvent-borne silane, considered a VOC. Sealants made from solvent-borne silanes offer the best protecting against water, sealing out moisture with an impenetrable barrier of sealant. The silicon polymer prevents water impregnation in hard surfaces that can cause black algae. Initially the formula was intended specifically for sealing limestone, because limestone is tricky type of stone to seal because of it is so porous, needs a lot of oxygen, and other complicating matters.
- TSSPRO-100WB Natural is a revolutionary, nano-based, deep penetrating, excellent coverage, extremely long lasting, water based silicate sealant that prevents salt water erosion and water based stains and retains the natural look of the stone. It cures and is ready for traffic in less than an hour. It is ideal for natural and man-made stone, non-glazed tiles, grout, natural plaster, brick, masonry, pavers, concrete and can be applied with a pump up sprayer, brush or roller. This product can only be sold to customers in VOC compliant states.
